Enchantment meets enchantment, sound turns into sight, passerby into actors, and here is a film. A film made of scenes, of split-seconds, beginning at six o'clock in the morning and ending at six o'clock the following day. Twenty four hours of touring the city that never goes to sleep, never stop beating, working and playing, reinventing itself and changing every day.
